Sound Familiar?
These are the three complaints we hear most from brands on their second or third agency. Each one is why we work the way we do.
The last agency promised the world. Three months in, nothing changed - except the ad spend.
If your account hasn't grown in 3 months, we waive our fees and keep working until it does.
I was sold by the founder, then handed to a junior manager I never met.
Rohail plans every account himself. We take a maximum of 3 new brands a month so that stays true.
I'm locked into a 6-month contract for results that never came.
Month-to-month, 30 days' notice, no penalty. We keep you by earning it.
All three are written into the agreement, not promised on a call. See the 3-Month Growth Guarantee

Learn moreThe 3-Month Growth Guarantee
Together we set clear growth goals for your account. If after 3 months we haven't grown it, we waive our management fees - and keep working for free until we do.
Month 1
Before anything starts, we agree on clear, realistic growth goals for your account - so everyone knows exactly what winning looks like.
Month 3
If after 3 months your account hasn't grown, we waive our management fees. Completely.
Until It Does
We keep working at no cost until the account grows past the goals we set together. No lock-in. No hard feelings.
Because we stake our fees on it, we only take brands we can truly help: you spend $5K+/month on ads, your pages already turn visitors into buyers, and you stay in stock. Not there yet? We'll tell you honestly - and what to fix first.
“Numbers are up on all of our products and we're very happy with the performance. We had in-house PPC before but he wasn't doing as good or pushing things like these guys.”
Why It Matters
Under the hood, the difference between "ads that run" and "ads that compound" comes down to how the system is built. Here's how most agencies approach your account versus how PPC Nest does it.
How the Work Gets Done
Most agencies are either “AI does everything” or “we do it all by hand”. Both lose you money. We run both - each doing what it's best at.
Automation - Always On
Manual Strategy - Weekly
The result: your account gets machine-speed bids and human-speed thinking - and you see both in your weekly report.
Our Internal Tool
Amazon's reports make you dig. Our tool puts every number that matters on one screen, day by day - so we spend our time fixing your account, not building spreadsheets.
17 metrics, every day
Spend, sales, ACOS, TACOS, conversion, sessions and more - side by side.
Week over week
Every total is compared to the week before, so changes jump out instantly.
Problems in minutes
A bad day stands out right away - not buried in a month-end report.

Takeaway
The lift did not come from spending more. It came from better structure, stronger intent separation, and tighter strategic control across the account.
“I've been selling on Amazon for over a decade and this is one of the best PPC audits I've received.”
Retainers start at $500/month. What you pay above that depends on your ad spend, how many SKUs and marketplaces we're running, and how much work the account needs. It's a flat monthly fee - never a percentage of ad spend or ad sales - and you get the exact number on your free call before committing to anything.
The best Amazon PPC agency is founder-led, holds Amazon Ads Verified Partner status, and backs its work with a written growth guarantee instead of vague promises. PPC Nest is run personally by its founder on every account, is an Amazon Ads Verified Partner, has managed $10M+ in ad spend with an 18+ month average client tenure, and agrees a clear growth target with each brand - if the account hasn't grown in 3 months, we waive our fees and keep working for free until it does.
Look for four things: a named, accountable person actually running your account (not a rotating junior team); verified Amazon Ads Partner status; a written guarantee tied to real account growth, not vanity metrics; and real, checkable case study data with exact figures. PPC Nest meets all four - see our verified case studies and the 3-month Growth Guarantee.
No. Month-to-month, 30 days' notice, no penalty. No 3-month, 6-month, or annual lock-in - ever. If we stop delivering, you walk away. That's the point.
If after 3 months your account hasn't grown, we waive our management fees and keep working for free until we hit the goals we set together. It's in the agreement, not just a promise on a call.
No. The Hector AI optimization engine is included at no extra cost. If you already use Scale Insights, we can work inside your existing stack instead.
Hector AI and Scale Insights for daily bid automation, Helium 10, DataDive and SmartScout for keyword and competitor research, and Sellerboard for profit tracking - plus our own internal analytics tool. We're also an Amazon Ads Verified Partner, vetted by Amazon. Already on Scale Insights? We work inside your existing stack.
Rohail plans every account himself; a trained team does the day-to-day work by a clear playbook; the AI handles daily bid changes. Every account is reviewed together each week. You're never handed off to a junior.
You can still work with us - we have a lighter plan for newer and smaller brands. Ask about it on your call. The full Growth Guarantee works best once you're already spending on ads and selling well - we'll tell you honestly where you stand.
Amazon US, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. We have active brands across all of them.
They're built from real Amazon data with exact figures - $1,463,871, not "3x revenue!!" - and we show the actual dashboards. Ask us on the call and we'll walk you through them live.
Book a free 30-minute call. We'll look at your account, set clear growth goals for the next 3 months, and tell you exactly how we'd hit them - and what it costs. If we don't grow the account, we waive our fees until we do.
Rohail reads every application himself. Expect a reply within one business day. We onboard a maximum of 3 new brands per month.
