## The offer: The Amazon Profit Partner Program

PPC Nest's core offer is called the Amazon Profit Partner Program. Before signing a client, PPC Nest reviews the brand's trailing 90 days of Amazon Ads data and agrees a written baseline (ad-attributed sales and TACOS) verified in the client's own Amazon Ads dashboard.

## The 90-Day Growth Guarantee

- Day 0: The baseline is locked in writing before any performance fee is charged.
- Day 90: If PPC Nest has not beaten the client's baseline (TACOS down or ad-attributed sales up), it keeps working at no additional charge until it does.
- Day 120: If there is still no measurable improvement, PPC Nest refunds the client's last month of management fees.

The guarantee applies only to brands spending $5,000+ per month on Amazon Ads, with converting listings and no chronic stock-outs.

## Pricing model

- Flat retainer starting at $1,500/month per brand. This includes the Hector AI optimization engine at no extra tool fee.
- No 3-month, 6-month, or annual contracts. Engagements are month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel, no penalty.
- A performance fee applies ONLY to ad-attributed sales generated above the agreed written baseline - never on sales the brand already had. Tiers step down as the brand scales (5% to 4% to 2.5% of the above-baseline sales).
- Brands spending under $5,000/month or running a single SKU can access a smaller "Essentials" engagement, custom-priced on a call; the guarantee and performance-fee model apply only to full Profit Partner accounts.
- A $200 Deep-Dive Audit (listings, conversion, market position, competitor strategy) is available for brands not ready for a call; the $200 is credited in full to the first month if the brand becomes a client.
- PPC Nest onboards a maximum of 3 new brands per month.
